ShareWithSummary provides a tool that allows users to submit publicly accessible URLs. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and summarize content found on those pages. We do not host or store the original content and are not affiliated with the original content creators.

Submitted links and their AI-generated summaries may be published on our public website unless the user explicitly opts out at the time of submission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

If you log in via Google, you agree to allow ShareWithSummary to access basic account details (e.g., name and email) strictly for authentication and personalization purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the above requirements and have not been barred from using the Service under any applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • To violate any laws or regulations.
  • To submit private, confidential, or copyrighted URLs that you do not have the right to access.
  • To attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform.
  • To interfere with the Service’s infrastructure, security, or availability.

All summaries generated by the Service are based on public information and are for informational purposes only.

  • We do not claim ownership of the original content submitted via URLs.
  • You retain ownership of any content you input, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, display, and publish submitted links and summaries on the ShareWithSummary platform.
  • When logged in, content you submit may be associated with your Google account.
  • You may request removal of any published content you submitted by contacting us directly.
  • You acknowledge that summaries generated by AI may be imprecise, biased, or incorrect.

5. AI Usage Disclaimer

The Service uses AI models (e.g., OpenAI's GPT-5) to generate summaries and insights. These outputs are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate, comprehensive, or free of error.

You are responsible for verifying any information before acting upon it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareWithSummary and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
